kind support tasty food small room heating problem
I APPRECIATED the kind support from the staff at reception. Breakfast had many choices and tasty food.
The elevator could only accommodate two or three people with luggage! The room felt small and the heating did not work well.

Comfortable Stay Near the Arc
convenient location renovated space helpful staff
The hotel's location proved very convenient for accessing bakeries and a supermarket. I also appreciated the short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro. The recently renovated space felt fresh. The room and toilet exceeded my size expectations.. a definite plus. The reception area was cute and helpful.
The soundproofing in my room was not adequate. I could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

great location, clean Rooms
clean room short walk
I found the hotel was very clean and well kept. The location was amazing. I appreciated the short walk to both the metro and the arc de triomphe. Staff promptly helped when i asked for a kettle in my room. They added it quickly.

The room included comfortable beds and pillows. Everything seemed new. It was big, and the furnishings was well maintained and fresh. i am grateful for the quiet atmosphere.

The hotel provides a water fountain. I appreciated being able to refill my water bottles. the hotel offers good pickups for ubers. This made transportation simple. the building seemed bright and generally clean.

The hotel STAFF are kind and polite. They count a lot. all requests got promptly answered which I appreciated. The team was helpful and polite. They always worked with a smile.

I didn't try the breakfast. It looked good, though. there were lots of restaurants nearby. This offers many choices. one could find a supermarket around the corner from the location.
